Designing the Timbers Green & White magazine began in 2012 with the creation of the publication’s nameplate. Updated in 2016 as part of the magazine's rebrand, the nameplate’s current version commemorates ten seasons in MLS for the Timbers.
Cover art for Volume 2 of Green & White magazine includes photo composites of players with the standard celebratory smoke bomb. Featured players include Darlington Nagbe, Diego Valeri, Will Johnson, Rodney Wallace, Ryan Johnson, Donavan Ricketts, Futty Danso and Milos Kocic.
Since joining Timbers FC during its inaugural MLS campaign in 2011, midfielder Diego Chara has played 10 seasons with the club. Chara is the longest tenured player on the roster, while earning a spot on the 2019 MLS All-Star team and being named to the 2020 MLS Best XI.
